1. About the Service
Prep A.I. M.A. (AI Migration Assistant) is a digital platform operated by Imigrei based in Portugal. The platform provides AI-assisted document analysis and informational support related to immigration processes. Prep A.I. M.A. (AI Migration Assistant) is not affiliated with AIMA I.P. or any public authority.
2. Nature of the Service
Prep A.I. M.A. (AI Migration Assistant) analyzes uploaded documents using automated AI systems and generates summaries and digital bundles. The service does not provide legal advice nor guarantee approval of any immigration process.
3. User Responsibilities
By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, authorized to upload the documents submitted, and understand that AI systems may produce incomplete or inaccurate results.
4. Data Retention
Users may choose a retention period (48 hours or 7 days). After the selected period, documents and generated bundles are permanently deleted.
5. Limitation of Liability
Prep A.I. M.A. (AI Migration Assistant) shall not be liable for decisions made by immigration authorities or errors generated by automated systems.
6. Payments and refunds
Fees for using the platform, including any experimental or beta features, are charged as displayed at checkout. All payments are final. The service is currently non-refundable: no refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued once payment is completed, except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
7. Data deletion when you download the PDF
When you download the PDF pass or PDF summary we make available, we treat that action as completion of the deliverable for your session. Your uploaded documents, generated outputs held on our systems, and associated client data are then permanently deleted in line with our Privacy Policy, without waiting for the retention period you selected to expire (unless we are legally required to keep specific records).
